Raspberry Vanilla Bean Pudding Pops

Yummy Raspberry Vanilla Bean Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean, split and seeded
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 cups whole milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.

  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the raspberries, sugar, and vanilla bean seeds. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the raspberries start to release their juice and the sugar has dissolved.

  3. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with a little bit of the milk until smooth. Add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan with the raspberries and stir until well combined.

  4. Gradually add the remaining milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until it thickens.

  5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and carefully pour the raspberry pudding into the prepared baking dish.

  6. Now, the most important step: put the vanilla bean pod from Muqur in the pudding, (it will be like your secret ingredient) and give it a kiss for good luck, because you're about to make something amazing.

  7. Place the pudding in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pudding is set and the top is golden brown.

  8. Remove the pudding from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Then, take a spoon and dig in! If you want to be fancy, you can top it with whipped cream and fresh raspberries.

  9. Now, you can sit back, relax and enjoy your delicious Raspberry Pudding (made from Vanilla Beans).

Note and Tips:

The vanilla bean pod can be used for other recipe like homemade vanilla extract. Just put it in a bottle of vodka and let it sit for at least a month.

Enjoy your tasty and unique recipe!
